Business Development Specialist

Nanotech Precision LLC, a leader in high-precision micro-component manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and aligning customer needs with our advanced manufacturing capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building partnerships and contributing to the company’s long-term success, all while embodying our core values of People, Integrity, and Excellence.

Reports To: General Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Strategic Growth Development:
      • Create and execute a clear and targeted business development strategy to drive growth.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present solutions tailored to client needs.
      • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
      • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and addressed.
      • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with project status and product quality.
    • Opportunity Identification and Planning:
      • Identify business opportunities aligned with company goals and industry trends.
      • Recommend enhancements to our technology and capabilities to meet evolving market demands.
      • Participate in strategic planning sessions to establish yearly goals and objectives.
    • Brand Promotion and Marketing Support:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through social media, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
      • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations for client meetings and events.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
      • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business strategies and customer offerings.


Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in business development within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with the sales lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
