Engineering Manager

High precision micro component company seeks an Engineering Manager to lead teams to successful completion of projects. Primary responsibility is lead and direct the engineering team in all aspects of the engineering process. Successful candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence.

Reports To: Operations Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering team to develop team members
Plan and direct new product development
- Embed engineering disciplines in development process
- Preparedness for production
Support continuous improvement in production
Support Business Development with Sales Engineering
Research and recommend manufacturing technology

Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industry
Required: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in manufacturing
Required: 5+ years of engineering management experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in related field
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Must have excellent communication skills
