Machine Operator

High precision micro component company seeks a a driven, team oriented individual as a machine operator to help support continued growth. Primary responsibility is to operate high precision CNC machines to produce small medical-related components. Successful candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence, in all aspects of their assigned duties and responsibilities.

Reports To: Production Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Process product in CNC machines according to work instructions:
- Complete in-process documentation and inspections
Perform regular cleaning on machine(s), fixtures and equipment
Ensure calibration and proper use of all equipment and maintain integrity of product lines
Notify machine service personnel and production manager of any machine problems or breakdowns
Communicate to production manager to complete projects in a safe and timely manner
Ensure that all process are performed in a quality manner, taking responsibility for maximizing machine utilization, minimizing quality issues and documentation
Practice exceptional housekeeping

Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Required: Excellent attention to detail
Required: Dependable and maintain good attendance
Must be driven and able to multi-task
Ability to work with small, delicate parts
Work cooperatively with others in a team environment
