Technical Sales Account Manager

Nanotech Precision LLC, a leader in high-precision micro-component manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Account Manager to support our continued growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients, aligning our advanced manufacturing capabilities with customer needs, and contributing to strategic business development. The successful candidate will exemplify our core values of People, Integrity, and Excellence in all aspects of their work.

Reports To: General Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 per year

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement a clear sales strategy focused on targeted growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Business Opportunity Identification:
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance technology and manufacturing capabilities in alignment with customer expectations.
    • Participate in annual strategic planning to define and achieve company goals.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with job progress and product quality.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  4. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through social media, trade shows, and promotional materials.
    • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to customer needs.


Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with business sales lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
